Campus Ministry

伊人直播 Campus Ministry creates a hospitable environment and a locus for spiritual development of the entire university community. By our grounding in the Catholic tradition and Mercy heritage we support people of all faith traditions or no faith tradition and foster holistic, communal development, and nurture leadership focused in service and justice.

Our Ministries

The Carpe Diem Retreat is a weekend-long retreat open to 伊人直播 students of all backgrounds. This retreat happens once a semester and creates a space to allow students to learn to be more open and honest with themselves, form community with others, and shows them that they are loved and not alone.

Catholic Impact provides spiritual growth opportunities coming from the Catholic tradition, including Eucharistic adoration, lectio divina, group discussions, and guest speakers. It is a great place to join in community with others who are connected to or exploring the Catholic faith. This group meets Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. in the Campus Ministry Lounge. Questions? Contact Emma Pacer at epacer61@lakers.mercyhurst.edu.

Music Ministry provides music for Sunday Mass and special events. We seek to embrace a diversity of styles in our ensemble while forming a community through weekly rehearsals. Students and community members are welcome to join in singing and/or playing an instrument, and no previous experience is required. Questions? Contact Brittany Barko Krugger at 814-824-2634.

Sip & Stitch is a friendly group for anyone who enjoys crocheting, needlepoint, or cross-stitching their way into a good discussion. Attendees enjoy a cup of tea and discussion with Sister Natalie while serving the community and building camaraderie. This group meets Tuesdays at 12:15 p.m. in the Campus Ministry Lounge. Questions? Contact Mackenzie Parker at mparke46@lakers.mercyhurst.edu.

Student-Athlete Gathering takes place weekly as an opportunity for Laker student-athletes to gather, share their faith, and listen to speakers who provide insights about faith development and spirituality. This group meets Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in the Campus Ministry Lounge. Questions? Contact Jesse Spanogle at jspanogle2@mercyhurst.edu.

Wednesday Night Fellowship is a welcoming Christian community that meets weekly. Group leaders strive to make faith relevant in the real world through speakers, small group interactions, and other engaging activities to encourage and grow each other鈥檚 faith. This group meets Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Campus Ministry Lounge. Questions? Contact Kierra Hopkins at khopki02@lakers.mercyhurst.edu.
